Using the service
By using SettleSmart Career, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have legal capacity to do so. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.
Career services
Reports, scores, role suggestions, learning recommendations and consultation guidance are informational and advisory. They do not replace independent professional, legal, immigration, financial or recruitment advice. Outcomes depend on candidate actions, market conditions and third-party decisions.
No outcome guarantee
SettleSmart Career does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, salary, promotion, admission, visa issuance, immigration approval, relocation outcome or any other specific result.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, process and reproduce it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested services and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful or malicious material, misrepresent another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected components, or use outputs to discriminate or violate applicable law.
Intellectual property
The service, branding, interfaces, report formats and underlying materials belong to SettleSmart Works or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service and your generated report for personal career purposes.
Availability and liability
We may maintain, update or suspend parts of the service for operational, security or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or decisions made solely from advisory outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
